Curcumin is the active complex in turmeric, the well known yellow spice used to
colour and flavour Indian rice dishes. It has been extensively studied and found to have powerful
anti-inflammatory properties which could benefit a number of disease conditions including rheumatoid arthritis. Recent research shows that it might increase the anti-inflammatory effect of
Celebrex in rheumatoid arthritis conditions. A recent small clinical trial showed an approximately
50% decrease in size and number of precancerous polyps when curcumin was given (with small
amount of quercetin) over six months.
 
Take 1 - 3 capsules daily with a little fat or oil containing
food to ensure absorption.
