Selenium is a trace element. It has an important role in anti-oxidant defense,
and thus may help reduce inflammation. Important in body defense against toxicity from mercury,
silver, cadmium, arsenic, aflatoxins etc. It also plays a key role in immune defense against
infections from viruses, fungi, and bacteria. Selenium can protect against side-effects of certain
chemotherapy drugs, and adequate selenium decreases the incidence of the most common types of
cancer.

Take 1 - 3 capsules per day.
N.B. Do not take more than 600 micrograms of selenium per day long term.
